1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the short-let room services provided. By booking an room through our site, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon check-out, subject to inspection of the property.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 3 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date may incur a cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or early check-outs.

4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is from 12:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges, and must be agreed upon in advance.

5. Use of the Property
The room is for residential use only and must not be used for commercial purposes.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking.
Guests must respect the property, its contents, and neighbors. Any damage caused may result in charges.

6. House Rules
No smoking or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
No pets unless prior approval is obtained.
Parties or events are not allowed unless explicitly authorized.

7. Liability
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by guests during their stay.
Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. We do not provide insurance for personal items.

8. Privacy
We value your privacy and handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
